Since 2002, it has been catering for the international market, meeting the requirements of quality and flexibility demanded by a wide range of customers and destinations..
From the point of view of sanitation, it also contributes to the common aim of the sector: the best quality of the final product. This is why the company traces and supervises its programs of biosafety, sanity and immunity, like the control of pathogenic and microbiological microorganisms andwaste.
Our chicken is characterized by its lean meat, achieved with the help of a careful nutritional quality, an early slaughter age and wisely-implemented genetics.
All products show a fine presentation, with a noticeable homogeneity of the lots which can immediately be observed on the similar size of males and females.
As regards pigmentation, the Argentine market requires yellow-pigmented chicken, which is obtained thanks to the high quality of the red corn used to feed the animals. However, orders for non-pigmented chicken can perfectly be met thanks to the flexibility of the farms when it comes to specific purchase orders.
In terms of size, the eviscerated chickens that are nowadays produced vary from 1.5 to 2.7 kg, in answer to each customer’s requirements.
